Cooking
My meat steeped in water (30 min) and cut into small pieces.
Onion cut into half rings. Carrots cut into sticks (like Julien).
Mix the meat, carrots + crushed garlic + seasoning, a little salt, pour soy sauce, stir and leave for 30 min.
Pour into a saucepan rust. oil (I used olive - 3st. L.), to warm up.
Meat + flour, stir in pan with oil, stir and fry until the crust on the meat (not forgetting to disturb).
Then add the onion, celery (chopped), stir (2-3 min).
Pour the wine and let it evaporate.
Add hot water (soup can), so that the water was above the meat on 3 fingers.
Cut into cubes the tomatoes, remove the skin and after 10 minutes after boil add meat to it.
