Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Garlic

    5 clove

  • Mushrooms

    1 handful

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Cucumber

    5 pc

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Basil

Pork wash, dry, cut the spiral into a flat piece. Cover the meat with cling film and beat with a mallet to a thickness of 0,7 cm.

Bacon cut into very thin slices. Cut cucumbers into thin slices. To make garlic oil: garlic peel and chop. Grind garlic with salt and 60 gr of butter until a homogeneous mass.

Make a mushroom butter: dry mushrooms minced (I shredded in a coffee grinder) and grind with remaining butter.

Remove the pork from the foil, season with salt, coat the inner part of the pork with mushroom butter. Spread on top of cucumbers, the cucumbers to lay out fat.
