Pork rolls with plums and buckwheat
A perfectly simple dish that is very quickly prepared, and if bare to try and organize a creative flow - you can easily lift the spirits of their loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    2 pkg

  • Salt

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Prunes

    80 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

    1 bunch

Cooking

Bags of buckwheat lowered into boiling salted water, cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

Pork cut into slices, repel, salt and pepper to taste.

On the edge of the slices spread 2-3 pieces of prunes.

Turn the meat in the rolls, fasten with toothpicks and fry on all sides until cooked. It will take about 10-15 minutes.

Serve pork rolls with plums, by cutting them diagonally (and get rid of toothpicks), with buckwheat.
