Cooking
Pork cut into cubes.
Mix pork with 1 teaspoon soy sauce, wine and sugar. To leave on the table to marinate for 30 minutes (can be longer).
Zucchini wash, dry, cut into slices. The washed and dried green onion. To save a little for topping.
Tomatoes wash, dry, cut the skin crosswise, lower for 1 minute in boiling water, then rinse with cold water. To remove the peel, cut into slices.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil, put the pork and fry until it changes colour. Pork remove with a slotted spoon onto a plate and put in a warm place.
