Cooking
Pork cut into pieces with half a matchbox. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry with vegetable oil on high heat until a noticeable brown crust. Remove the meat from the pan.
Fry in skillet where meat was browned, chopped onion until soft. Also remove it from the pan and put the cleaned, cut into small pieces Apple. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Return the apples to the sauteed onions, stir and stew together for 1 minute.
Add to the pan with the broth.
Add the grainy mustard, stir, heat the sauce for 1 minute.
Stir, cover and simmer on low heat until tender, about 40 minutes or more (depending on meat quality).
