Under this name this wonderful pork with apples was I discovered, and I decided not to change anything))) Cozy and hearty dish, a great combination of meat and fruit... Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Apple

    2 pc

  • Onion

    2 pc

  • Mustard

    1 tbsp

  • Broth

    1.5 glass

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Pork cut into pieces with half a matchbox. Season with salt and pepper.

Fry with vegetable oil on high heat until a noticeable brown crust. Remove the meat from the pan.

Fry in skillet where meat was browned, chopped onion until soft. Also remove it from the pan and put the cleaned, cut into small pieces Apple. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Return the apples to the sauteed onions, stir and stew together for 1 minute.

Add to the pan with the broth.

Add the grainy mustard, stir, heat the sauce for 1 minute.
