Description
Pork in sweet and sour sauce is a traditional Chinese dishes. Despite the colorful and exotic unusual dishes, it is quite simple and does not require professional cooking skills.

Cooking
Meat cut into thin strips.
In the bowl of diced meat pour soy sauce. Mix thoroughly so that the sauce is uniformly distributed on the meat. Leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Chop the onion and carrots and fry them until semi cooked to rust. oil. To the onions and the carrots, add the chopped pineapple, garlic (passed through press). Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 5-10 min. the cooked vegetables to shift in a bowl.
Add to meat in 1 tbsp flour and starch and mix thoroughly.
Put the meat in a frying pan, where grilled vegetables. Fry the meat until semi cooked, stirring constantly to avoid burnt.
Add the meat to the vegetables and simmer, while preparing the sauce. For the sauce, mix the ketchup or tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, juice from the pineapple.
The sauce is ready add to the meat with vegetables. To try and bring to taste with spices. If necessary add water or pineapple juice to the sauce completely covers the meat. Simmer 10 min.
