Cooking
When cooking pork I used Jam Mahe "Orange"
To recapture a piece of pork with a thickness of about 1 cm (I did it in this fixture), baste meat with olive oil, salt, sprinkle with lemon pepper and leave to promarinovatsya for at least an hour.

In a pan pour the vinegar, put orange marmalade, mix well. Boil the sauce for about 3 minutes. Increase the heat to medium, put the steak in the sauce and simmer about 15 minutes, turning regularly.
