Cooking
Peeled potatoes, put on fire and cook until tender. Cut the onion half rings. Fry until translucent state. Put onions in a bowl.
Cut into cubes 2 by 2 cm In the pan and throw the meat and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat.
In a separate pan fry the vegetables.
In the pan with the meat add the onions, tomato paste and 200 ml of water, garlic ( using a garlic crusher to squeeze). Sprinkle with salt and season. Simmer 10 minutes over medium heat.
