Pork in Chinese style
Quick to prepare dish of pork with Chinese notes. Vegetables delight the eye with bright colors. Since we are not spicy, the dish I cooked in a moderately spicy. but spicy.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Onion

  • Pepper

    1 pc

  • Garlic

    2 clove

  • Ginger

    1 pc

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 tbsp

  • Brown sugar

  • Allspice

Cooking

Pork cut into thin wedges.

Heat the oils in a frying pan, put the pork and fry over high heat stirring occasionally. Pepper.

To clean onions, garlic and ginger. Onion cut into half rings. Garlic and ginger to chop. Add to pan with pork and onions. Cook 2 minutes, then onion and garlic. Cook stirring another 2 minutes.

Bulgarian pepper to wash, dry, remove seeds, cut into cubes. Add to pan with pork. To cook 4 minutes.

Add the green peas are not defrosting. Cook all together for another 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with sugar, cook stirring for 1 more minute. Pour in the soy sauce. Mix well. Warm up.

Boil the rice in salted water according to instructions on the package. Serve pork with rice.
