Baked tenderloin
The other day I bought a beautiful sirloin from the Remit, and I wanted to share with you my version of the famous pork French.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 pc

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Garlic

    2 clove

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    2 tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Greens

    1 bunch

Cooking

Cut tenderloin into large chunks 4-5 see

Put the slices vertically and slightly repel from each side. I use the bag to keep the kitchen clean.

Put meat in a bowl, add olive oil, soy sauce, wine vinegar and pepper. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

While the meat is marinating, fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until Golden brown.

Grate cheese.

Spread the meat in shape, the top add the onions and garlic, then grated cheese and finally the mayonnaise.

Send the meat in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Then turn the grill mode for 5 minutes to form a crust. Ready, to serve. Bon appetit!
