Drinks - French cuisine. The unusual name hides our favourite rolls (or envelopes) of meat or Turkey stuffed with greenery. It is quite easy to prepare dish perfect for any holiday table.

Cooking
RUB meat with 2 sides with salt and pepper, very good to beat.
Garlic chop, fry in vegetable oil for 1 minute. Chop spinach, add to the garlic, season with salt and pepper and fry, stirring, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add grated on a coarse grater cheese and nuts, mix well.
On each piece of meat in the middle, put 1 tbsp filling. Meat roll envelope, to fix culinary thread.
Envelopes put in the skillet and fry on all sides in vegetable oil until uniform in color.
Salted meat, pour broth, bring to boil, simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
