Tired of just potatoes (boiled, fried, stewed). today I decided to complicate your task. Very reminiscent of the fries from my childhood: mother with a knife cut in the potato holes and stuffed with minced meat-the signature dish for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Dutch cheese

Peel potatoes, cut along, cut out the middle (forming vessels), if necessary cut off the bottom for stability, spread on a baking sheet, fill with ready forcemeat
