Meatballs
"Spring" I call these meatballs because they are a lot of greens, so vitamins, which we have lacked in the spring. Complements their spicy sauce, sour cream and mustard with watercress and soy sauce. Overall a very tasty dish that can be served as an independent and with a side dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Chicken breast

    150 g

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Green onions

    1 bunch

  • Soy sauce

    5 tbsp

  • Spices

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Water

    2 glass

  • Sorrel

    1 bunch

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cilantro

Cooking

Pork, chicken breast and onions skip through Mincer.

Green onions and mushrooms finely chop and add to the minced meat.

Then fill minced 3 tbsp soy sauce TM Kikkoman, add spices according to your taste and mix well.

Molded meatballs.

Fry the meatballs in a deep frying pan in vegetable oil until light, Golden brown, both sides.

Pour the meatballs with hot water, cover and give out 5-7 minutes.

In a bowl put sour cream and add 2 tbsp of soy sauce

Then add the mustard, mix well and pour meatballs. Saute 10 minutes.

Parsley, dill, coriander and sorrel crushed.

In the finished meatballs pour the greens, bring to boil and turn the heat off. Allow to stand, covered for 5-10 minutes.

Submit meatballs to the table hot! As a side dish very well suited Fig. But I like this dish as a standalone)
