Sautéed pork with dried cherries
Tasty, juicy and very unusual.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    800 g

  • Onion

    2 pc

  • Ginger

    1 pc

  • Chili

    1 pc

  • Olive oil

    2 tbsp

  • Vinegar

    100 ml

  • Honey

    1 tbsp

  • Cherry

    200 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Salt

    0.3 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.3 tsp

  • Green onions

    2 pc

Cooking

Not too fatty pork cut into medium-sized pieces, onion peel and finely slice the ginger and the pepper cut into thin strips.

In skillet, heat olive oil and fry in it the onion for 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove the onions from the pan.

In a hot frying pan, lay the sliced meat and fry until lightly Browning the pieces.

To add to your meat fried onion, ginger, pepper, 150 ml of water and cook under cover for 20 minutes.

After a time the meat season with salt and pepper, add the honey, vinegar, and cherries and cook for another 10 minutes.
