Pork turret sauce
Turrets will decorate the holiday table or a family dinner. Delicious, flavorful and original.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Greens

    1 bunch

  • Sunflower oil

    20 g

We will prepare our ingredients.

Meat slice.

Salt, well sprinkled with spices.

Each piece lubricated with sunflower oil, and put in a bowl. Cover and leave aside to marinate.

Mushrooms clean

Cut large slices (I cut into three parts)

Fry mushrooms in sunflower oil. They can be slightly salt.

Take the meat, roll it in herbs. And fry in a pan in sunflower oil on both sides until cooked. (I did half with greens, the second half just meat. Not for everybody.)

Next, spread the meat, it mushrooms.

Then again, a piece of meat, and again mushrooms. And so look, what height do You prefer the height of the turrets.

Now prepare the sauce. In a saucepan mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and sugar. Put on fire and cook stirring until thick. What density want, are already looking at will. If too thick, a little longer to cook need.

The resulting sauce pour our turrets. All the dish is ready. Bon appetit!
