Pork ribs in soy glaze
Tender and flavorful pork ribs I cooked for a husband and a family friend on February 23. Men were fat and happy. I want to share with you, my dear cooks, recipe. I hope my experience is useful to someone.

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    800 g

  • Grapefruit

    1 pc

  • Soy sauce

    2 tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 tbsp

  • Ketchup

    2 tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Sesame oil

  • Ginger

    30 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cut ribs into segments, and pepper in a bowl. Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit. Put the saucepan on fire and pour it into grapefruit juice.

In a saucepan with the grapefruit juice add the soy sauce, tomato paste (ketchup), rice vinegar and sugar (all put on your taste). Stir.

Put the pan on the fire. Add 2 tbsp oil. Put the ribs into the pan.

Put ribs in a bowl. Pour the sauce from the pan. Of course, the ribs need time to promarinovatsya, at least an hour, but I wasn't, and after 20 minutes I sent the ribs in the oven. On a baking tray laid with foil, put on her ribs. In the remaining sauce add sesame oil. Stir. Pour the resulting glaze ribs. Put in oven to 240 C. for 40 minutes.
