Pork with cranberries and gooseberries
Very tasty meat, particularly suited to the Christmas holidays!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Cranberry

    1 glass

  • Gooseberry

    0.5 glass

  • Olive oil

    5 tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cut the meat into accordion, salt. Mash the cranberries with a fork and mix with butter and spices. Lubricate the meat, gooseberries paste into the slits, wrap in foil and leave to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Bake at 200* for 1.5 hours, open the foil for 30 minutes before cooking and to baste the lamb with its juice.

Serve either hot or cold. Well sooo delicious!
