Hedgehogs meat with rice in the oven
Almost the whole recipe fit in the name, the dish is simple, but incredibly tasty and very homely. Often prepared it for her beloved husband and daughter.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Black pepper

  • Tomato juice

Cooking

Boil the rice until tender, 15 minutes. Peel and slice red onion

Mix rice with minced meat, onion, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and form meatballs

Put on a heated pan and fry on both sides in butter
