Cooking
Boil the rice until tender, 15 minutes. Peel and slice red onion
Mix rice with minced meat, onion, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and form meatballs
Roll the meatballs in flour
Put on a heated pan and fry on both sides in butter
In the form pour tomato juice, with herbs (I dried ). To lay the browned meatballs. Cover with a lid or foil. Put in preheated oven to 180C for 20 minutes. Remove the cover (foil) for a few minutes until cooked and put back in the oven to brown
