Braised pork with cherry and ginger
I like to try new combinations, this time I decided to try the combination of cherries, ginger and pork and how was fatty pork goes well with a little sour cherry. And thanks to Zepter cookware, cooking is a pleasure and advantage, as when cooking it does not require water, oil and salt that makes food not only delicious, but also useful.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    200 g

  • Ginger

  • Vinegar

  • Black pepper

  • Honey

In this recipe I used the Zepter casserole that I loved.
