Very tasty and juicy meatballs. Perfectly matched set of spices for marinating the meat from the Forester, making them aromatic and spicy taste. The first time I made meatballs on the grill, the result pleased)

Cooking
Skip through a meat grinder fillet of pork, 1 onion, half a green onions and a bunch of different greens. "Green" these meatballs are called that because of the large number of herbs in the stuffing.
Cook set for marinating the meat from the Forester.
The meat sprinkle with spices and mix well. Allow to infuse for 30 minutes.
On the coals with a moderate heat put the pan grill my Forester and put it on meatballs.
Fry on both sides until Golden brown. Turn over a few times.
Remaining onions cut into half rings, pour the rice vinegar and allow to infuse for 10 minutes. Serve meatballs hot with pickled onions, greens and ketchup.
