Cooking
Boil noodles 5 minutes and drain in a colander
Pork cut into thin slices.
Onions and garlic cut into small cubes.
Fry the onions in a hot pan until Golden brown, then add garlic.
Add pork, stir and fry. Eggplant cut into small cubes ( I was not, so I did not show you and without it, the dish is not really losing, but in the recipe it is, so I point out), sweet pepper strips. To combine vegetables with meat mixture and continue to cook, stirring constantly.
Pour soy sauce, wine, broth, add ground ginger.
Mix well, saute for a few minutes and season with salt.
For the sauce, sliced mushrooms, sprinkle with flour and fry in butter.
Pour in the stock, soy sauce, salt and and saute, stirring for 5 minutes.
When serving the noodles out onto a plate, it slide, place meat and vegetable mixture and top with mushroom sauce. Garnish with greens. Bon appetit!
