Pork with vegetables in beer
Very tender, juicy and flavorful meat with vegetables, suitable as a complement to garnish or separate dish. I cook this dish in a slow cooker on the mode of roasting and braising, but without the labour and loss of taste can be cooked on the stove.

While fried meat, prepare the beer. I have a local beer manufacturer, natural fermentation with a small shelf life. Add the beer, salt, spices. Add our beer to the meat and vegetables and leave to simmer for 60-70 minutes.
