Meatballs with zucchini
Easy to prepare recipe. Perfect for lunch or dinner. Zucchini, make meatballs softer. Can be served without the dressing as a separate dish due to the large number of vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Zucchini

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

  • Tomato paste

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Garlic

  • Greens

  • Water

The minced meat beat the egg.

One zucchini grate on a coarse grater and add to the meat.

Onion finely chop and send to the stuffing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir.

Fry in small amount of vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. We put in a deep pot or pan.
