Easy to prepare recipe. Perfect for lunch or dinner. Zucchini, make meatballs softer. Can be served without the dressing as a separate dish due to the large number of vegetables.

Cooking
The minced meat beat the egg.
One zucchini grate on a coarse grater and add to the meat.
Onion finely chop and send to the stuffing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
From the resulting mass formed a slightly flattened balls and coat in flour.
Fry in small amount of vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. We put in a deep pot or pan.
Onions finely chop, carrots and zucchini grate on a coarse grater. In a small amount of vegetable oil fry for 5 minutes onions and carrots. Add the zucchini and fry for another 5 minutes.
Dilute tomato paste in water and pour the onions, carrots and zucchini. Finely chop the herbs and garlic are also sent to the vegetables. Simmer for 10 minutes.
