Pork baked in foil in plum juice
Recipe baked meat is a great way to cook tender flavorful meat without any trouble. Delicious and unusual combination of meat with apricots and plum juice. It turns out very tasty meat, baked in foil. Taste a bit like pork.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    100 ml

  • Apricot

    5 pc

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Wash plums and remove the seeds from them.

Surviving the juice from the plums. The juice is slightly mixed with the pulp.

The meat is cut into two parts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, discourages a little.
