Pork Green
For those who love greens in any form. If you replace pork to chicken or Turkey, you can safely call it a diet. The aromas of herbs and celery really improves the taste of meat, and green peas give the sweetness. Try to cook, it's spring.

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Green peas

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Onion

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Green onions

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Coriander

  • Capers

  • Spinach

Cooking

Slice pork pieces, fry in vegetable oil.

To roasted pork add the chopped onion and fry all together. Onions fry until Golden brown. Add a little water, stew until tender meat.

Add green beans and green peas. Stew for 7-10 min.

Celery, spinach and remaining herbs, add the meat, salt, pepper, coriander powder to taste, and stew another 5 minutes. That's all ready.

You can add capers, they will set off the sweetness of the peas.
