In a pan pour vegetable oil and good heat. Put the meat and fry until Golden brown. Add soy sauce, black pepper and hops-suneli. Season with a little salt. Mix well.
Bell pepper cut into julienne strips and add to the meat with spices. Mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and then on slow heat for 5 minutes. If necessary, add a little water. Very tasty with mashed potatoes.
