Pork cut into cubes in 3-4 see
In a deep frying pan heat the oil. Spread the meat and whole, lightly squashed garlic cloves. Cook on high heat until the meat is browned.
Pour water so that the meat was almost completely covered. Add the paprika, season with salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat 1-1,5 hours until the meat becomes very soft.
Add the olives and capers and cook for another 5 minutes.
