Meatballs with vegetable ragout
Spicy, tasty, summer dish

Ingredients

  • Pork

    230 g

  • Apple

    1 pc

  • Zucchini

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Sweet pepper

    2 pc

  • Carrots

    2 pc

  • Tomato

    240 g

  • Garlic

    1 clove

  • Sour cream

    2 tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

Prepare the products.

Of meat, zucchini, 1/2 onion, Apple make stuffing. Formed the meatballs and dip them.

Make a sauce. Sour cream mixed with shovevim sauce +100ml. water.

Fry the meatballs on two sides, add the sauce and stew for 20 min.

On a heated with oil the pan put the remaining onions cut into small cubes and fry until transparent. Then add the carrots. Fry for another 2 min.

Add vegetables to the pepper cut into strips, tomatoes, sliced, dice and finely chopped garlic. Simmer for 15-20min. until tender.
