Pork in sweet and sour sauce
Pork cut into pieces, marinated and stewed vegetable in sweet and sour sauce.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 tbsp

  • Sherry

    2 tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 pc

  • Flour

    1 glass

  • Pepper

    2 pc

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 glass

  • Lemon juice

    1 tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Tomato sauce

    0.25 glass

  • Sugar

    1 tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cilantro

    1 bunch

Pork cut into strips of a length of 4 cm and a thickness of 1 cm.

Prepare marinade of soy sauce, sherry, salt and pepper. Marinated pieces of pork and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Cucumber and remove the seeds, cut in half and lengthwise pieces.
