Pork cut into strips of a length of 4 cm and a thickness of 1 cm.
Prepare marinade of soy sauce, sherry, salt and pepper. Marinated pieces of pork and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Cucumber and remove the seeds, cut in half and lengthwise pieces.
Pepper peel and chop finely diced.
Onion cut into quarters rings.
Sliced pork roll in flour, shake off excess.
Fry the pork chunks for about 2 minutes.
