Meat, fried with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Pepper

    1 pc

  • Cucumber

    1 pc

  • Green beans

  • Tomato

    1 pc

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Pork or beef cut into long cubes, in a frying pan pour some water, to almost cover, and cook until it boils away the water. Salt them a bit. How boil water, fry lightly in olive oil (can be vegetable) over medium heat.

Add chopped onion, fry until slightly Golden brown.

Add the bell pepper, cut into long cubes, and fry until soft.

Add the cucumber in half rings, to fry, so slightly softened.

Add the green beans. All fry until soft on medium heat.

Then add coarsely chopped tomato, salt, pepper and fry until ready. Who likes, can squeeze some garlic for flavor.

Remove from heat, sprinkle them with herbs (dill, parsley).

To insist under the lid for about 15 minutes.

Ready!!! I love soy sauce. But it's not necessary.
