This ingredient serves as the basis for our cake. Of course, if you don’t have a lot of time, you can buy two packs of sweet crackers and use them in cooking, it’s very convenient and the taste won’t be much different. But, if you want to make the cake yourself inside and out, then bake shortbread cookies. There is nothing difficult here: you knead the shortbread dough (margarine or butter, eggs, baking powder, flour, sugar), divide it into several balls and put it in the freezer until completely frozen. Grease a baking sheet with butter, take one ball of dough out of the freezer and rub it on a coarse grater evenly over the entire baking sheet. Let the liver cool and crumble it into crumbs, but not too small.When the cookies are ready, you can put a saucepan with water on the gas to cook the poppy seeds (one glass is enough for the cake). Today we will tell you the secrets of how to quickly prepare a very New Year's dessert - banana-orange tart.  This tart is quite simple to prepare, but in order to cook it perfectly, you need to know some secrets. This dessert consists of three parts: shortbread, banana-orange filling and meringue. Set of products for tart: flour, butter, eggs, sugar, baking powder, orange zest, orange, bananas, jam (any to your taste), chocolate.You should start by preparing the dough, because this is the stage that takes the most time. Here you can use any technique for preparing shortcrust pastry, but if you want the dough to be tender and truly sandy, follow our recommended pattern. Grind the margarine with sugar until crumbs appear, then grate the orange zest. A little advice: use a coarse grater for the zest, then the orange aroma will be revealed even brighter. Add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough. Be very careful with flour, because if you add too much, the crust will turn out forgotten and hard.
